Job Description

Sharada Alliance is looking for Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • As a Senior Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the sales team within an organization
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process
  • Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Set clear sales targets, provide ongoing coaching and training, and monitor individual and team performance
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team
  • Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of sales targets and ensure their successful achievement
  • Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and implement corrective measures when necessary
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
  • Understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer relationships
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new target markets, customer segments, and product opportunities
  • Use this information to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Ensure that contracts and agreements meet the company's requirements and align with legal and financial guidelines
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Implement systems and tools to track sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value
  • Regularly analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in sales management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices


  • M.B.A. (Marketing), Computer Knowledge must.
  • Should have good communication skills in Marathi, English
Work experience :
  • Min 5 yrs of experience in Real Estates Marketing
