Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate
Location: Vashi Navi Mumbai

Position Overview: The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships to achieve our revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a strong track record of success and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
o Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to support business growth.
Sales Leadership:
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
o Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high performance culture
Client Management:
o Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders.
o Oversee the sales process, from initial client contact through to closing, ensuring a high standard of service.
Market Strategy:
o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
o Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to refine sales tactics.
Performance Monitoring:
o Track and report on sales metrics, including team performance, market penetration, and revenue growth.
o Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps.
Collaboration:
o Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
o Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to company-wide initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience: 7-9 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven record of achieving sales targets. Experience in a managerial role is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Real estate license and relevant certifications are advantageous.
Skills:
o Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
o Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
o Comprehensive knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
