We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Agency Channel efforts.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth through our network of independent insurance agencies.
Lead and manage a team of agency managers, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets within the agency channel.
Recruit, onboard, and train new agency partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to succeed.- Conduct ongoing coaching and development for agency sales teams, focusing on product expertise and effective sales techniques.
Foster strong relationships with key agency decision-makers, identifying and addressing their needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, underwriting) to ensure seamless support for agency partners.- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and course correction.

Pay: 300,- 00 - 600,000.00 per year
