Recruit and activate advisors according to the plan, ensuring monthly activation targets are met.

Maintain active advisor productivity as per the plan.

Build interpersonal relationships to facilitate work activities.

Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate performance and provide guidance for career progression.

Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face or digital interactions.

Review performance with reporting manager on a weekly basis.

Attend all meetings and training programs conducted by management.

Ensure two joint calls are made daily.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
