Designation: Sr. Sales Manager
Profile: Selling of Third Party Payroll Outsourcing Services Joining
Experience: 5-10 Years
Preference: Male
Qualification: MBA/PG
Key Result Area: Candidate should have experience of atleast 5+ years in Selling Third Party Payroll Services:
- Complete understanding of Sales Process- Agreements/Contracts, Negotiations and Closures.
Should be able to turnaround Third Party Payroll Business quickly for Telemax- Need to have proven track record in Selling Third Payroll Services & Revenue Generation.
- Must have worked with and executed High Value Contracts in Key Accounts
Should have good database of Business Accounts for immediate business conversions.
Should be Excellent at Lead Generation & Relations Building Shall be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating Sales Strategies
- Will be given Revenue based targets and Performance incentives Should be a Team Player with strong Interpersonal skills.
