Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, business development, and account management for our SaaS products and other IT solutions. This role will play a key part in scaling our product portfolio and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for SaaS and IT products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key prospects through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: 6-10 years in B2B SaaS or IT product sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Sales Strategy: Strong understanding of SaaS sales models, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of the product to clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing the sales pipeline.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical skills to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Customer Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
  • Proactivity: Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a strategic mindset to achieve long-term business goals.
