Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote lithium ion battery packs and cells to Electric Vehicle OEMs in the region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the Electric Vehicle industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and operations to meet customer requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments to stay ahead in the industry.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in selling lithium ion battery packs to Electric Vehicle OEMs.
- Proficiency in major South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
