Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentorship.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent communication and coordination between sales and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience in a senior role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Mandatory experience in sales.
  • Candidates with experience in reputed BPOs in the outsourcing industry are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
