Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentorship.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent communication and coordination between sales and other departments.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience in a senior role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Mandatory experience in sales.
- Candidates with experience in reputed BPOs in the outsourcing industry are also encouraged to apply.
