The primary focus Manager, IT Solution Sales is to sell CrimsonLogic & TFP product, Services & Solution to existing customers and to prospect for new customers in the assigned territory. You will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for key Public Sector and logistics clients ensuring long term partnerships.
Develop trust-based relationships with stakeholders in Government ministries, public agencies and logistics organizations.Maintain a proactive communication channel to understand client needs, challenges and upcoming opportunities.
Account Growth & Retention:Drive account expansion by identifying cross-sell or up-sell opportunities within public and logistics sectorsDevelop strategic account plans to achieve grown targets and enhance client satisfaction.
Ensure contract renewals and minimize churn through proactive engagement and value delivery
Solution Delivery & Project Coordination:Work closely with internal (Sales, technical and operations) to ensure a smooth implementation of digital solutions.
Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations
Manage issues or escalation, ensuring timely resolution with minimal disruption to clients.
Market knowledge & Advisor:Stay updated on Government policies affecting public sector digitization and regulatory frameworks in the logistics industryProvide clients with insights on Industry trends policy updates and relevant digital transformation strategies
Reporting & Metrics:Track and report on key account performance metrics, ensuring visibility into account health and growth opportunitiesPrepare regular client reviews and present business outcomes, project milestones and future recommendations.
