Senior sales manager

• The Senior Sales Manager oversees the activities of the junior sales management team and leads and directs all sales operations
• The Senior Sales Manager's main goal is to increase incremental and new sales for the company while lowering customer turnover
• The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for directing and managing all parts of a sales department, including account management, business analytics, and channel development
• In order to ensure a first-class delivery experience, the Senior Sales Manager collaborates closely with the following departments: Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other sales teams

Qualifications:

Education:

• A bachelor's degree or master's degree in Communications, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or a similar field is required
• Working experience that meets this qualification is also acceptable

Experience:

• A candidate for this role must have at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably as a Sales Manager, in a complex and fast-paced work environment
