Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including client acquisition, building relationships with potential buyers, negotiating and closing deals, and managing the sales team. The role also involves market research, staying updated on industry trends, and providing guidance to clients throughout the buying process.

• Proven sales experience in the real estate industry
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and manage a sales team
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
• Customer-centric approach and a drive for customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in luxury real estate sales is a plus
