Job Description-

• Calling potential buyers and pitching them property options as per requirement.
• Arranging Site Visits for the clients.
• Following up with clients and closing deals.
• Maintaining proper records of all clients follow up and site visit.
• Coordinating with Developers Relationship Managers.
• Negotiating and finalising deals for customers along with developers office.
• Visiting projects and collating data of all new and existing projects.
• Attending event and training pertaining to projects for sale.
• Managing and collating data pertaining to all projects being promoted by the company.
• Meeting Landlords and collecting property details as per company's norms.
