JOB DESCRIPTION | DESIGNATION : SALES HEAD | JOB LOCATION : COIMBATORE Candidate should be experienced in B2B Sales He/She will be responsible for PAN India Sales Candidate will be responsible for existing business retention and new business development. Candidate should be experienced in handling a team. He/She should be capable of developing a team and increase the team size , strength and in-turn revenue. Candidate should be willing to travel for customer engagements. Identifying key market segments and direct required focus on the particular segment. Provide consistent after sales follow up and service Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Prepare daily reports and ensure each and every sales action is documented for future use/reference. Responsible for formulating strategies and out of the box ideas. Preparing a monthly sales plan for each State, District and ensuring revenue targets for the month. He/She should be proactive in keeping up teams and self, morale and zeal. QUALIFICATIONS Min 6 years B2B Sales experience is a must Experience and working knowledge in the Food Industry is an added advantage Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Strong written and verbal communication skills. He/She should be uent in English language. Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage. Candidate must be willing to travel extensively across India.
