Job Title: Senior Sales Growth Manager - Merchant Accounts

Location: Gurgaon

Compensation: 7-12 Lakhs INR per annum

PickMyWork works with clients like Google Pay, PayTm, Flipkart Amazon, HDFC, ICICI and helps them acquire new customers through a network of gig workers.

Role Overview: The Senior Sales Growth Manager - Merchant Accounts will play a pivotal role in acquiring and managing merchant accounts for PickMyWork's esteemed clients, including Tide, PayTm, Google Pay, Flipkart, and Amazon. This role involves developing and executing strategies to expand the merchant network through a team of gig workers, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new merchants for PickMyWork's clients.
  • Identify and approach potential merchants through various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in PickMyWork's clients.

Network Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of gig workers to facilitate merchant acquisition
  • Monitor the performance of gig workers, providing guidance and support to achieve targets
  • Develop incentive programs to motivate and retain high-performing gig workers

Client Coordination:

  • Liaise with clients (Tide, PayTm, Google Pay, Flipkart, Amazon) to understand their requirements and align acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on progress, challenges, and solutions.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Design and execute sales plans to achieve merchant acquisition targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchant acquisition and gig worker performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize processes and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
