Job Description/Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive at VNR Homes Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Initiate contact with potential customers via calls to provide detailed information about our projects.
  • Persuasively convince customers for site visits by effectively communicating project details.
  • Follow-up and Site Visits:
  • Conduct meticulous follow-ups to ensure scheduled site visits.
  • Attend site visits and articulate project features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
  • Customer Understanding and Pitching:
  • Understand the profile and preferences of customers to tailor project pitches accordingly.
  • Possess a good understanding of market competition and prices to effectively position our projects.
  • Negotiation and Closure:
  • Skillfully negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close deals at the target prices and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Handling Skills:
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for effective customer handling.
  • Address customer queries and concerns professionally to build positive relationships.
  • Desired Profile of the Candidate:

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and hardworking candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Chennai apartment sales, preferably within the real estate sector. The candidate must possess a 2-wheeler for travel.

Compensation Offered (Salary): Negotiable

Location/s of Posting: Chennai

Working Hours: 9 am 7 pm

Working Days: 6 days working, with Tuesday as a holiday.
