Role Description

This is a full-time third party on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at Uni Cards in Bengaluru. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients. This includes identifying potential customers, pitching credit solutions, handling negotiations, and closing deals. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience working in the financial industry, particularly in credit or banking
• Knowledge of credit products and market trends
• Result-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Eligibility criteria:

• Must be a graduate and above from a recognized university.
• Minimum 6 months to 1Yrs experience of Inside Sales (Credit Card exp is plus).
• Fluent in English & Hindi Communication (mandatory).
• Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.
• Work from the office.
• People with Sales exp in FOS, Front Desk, Kiosk are not eligible for this.
• Preference will be given to Fintech, EdTech, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance Sales, Product based Sales will be preferred.
• Experience in Cold Calling will have an added advantage.
