Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential customers and building relationships.
Credit Card Sales: Sell credit cards to customers, focusing on the benefits and features of our products to meet their financial needs.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of sales productivity and efficiency.
Data Management: Accurately track and record sales data, including customer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as Series 7 or Series 66, are a plus.
