Experience : 2-5 years (any industry)
- Meeting Consignees, Custom House Agent, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines to get Import, Import LCL and Export business for the CFS.
- Building Brand Consciousness among the Prospect / Trade and Customers
- Developing SOPs of customized product at the operational level and ensuring no gap in actual Service delivery and requirement of the Customers.
- Preparing Weekly Sales Report and formulate short term and long term sales plans to grow the business.
- Follow up with an existing customer for the increased business after exploring the fluctuations in the volume fortnightly.
- Up-Selling and Cross-Selling by offering varied products of Client iz CFS, Empty Container Depo, Bonded Warehousing and General Warehousing etc
- Liaison, Monitor and ensure smooth operation of each account handled and achieving customer satisfaction
