Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiations. The role will involve working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and contributing to business growth.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of the local market and competitors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
