Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Real Estate Company in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team, developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also oversee residential property sales, commercial real estate solutions, investment advisory, and property management services, ensuring a seamless and exceptional real estate experience for clients.
  • Responsibilities:
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for new services.
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
  • Assists in the completion of monthly targets.
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
  • Build referral and lead generation network.
  • Qualifications
Sales Management, Sales Strategy Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Real Estate Market Knowledge and Analysis skills
Team Leadership and Mentoring skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,
  • 00 - 40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
  • Real estate sales: 2 years (Required)
