Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India, and requires a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Roles and Responsibilites (Business Development Executive )

Identify New Sales Leads.

Must Have Laptop And Own Vehicle

Field Sales

Prospect For New Clients By Networking.

Cold Calling.

Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
