Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive at PARTH, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Growth team in driving the sales and brand partnerships of our innovative advertisement inventory and sponsorship properties. This role focuses on generating leads, forming partnerships with brands and agencies, nurturing client relationships, and executing the sales process to meet and exceed sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and taking part in networking events.
  • Assist in sales by providing product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing advertising solutions that align with their goals.
  • Collaborate with the campaign management and monetization team to design and implement effective campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position CREX's unique offerings.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and forecasts for management review.

Must Haves:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  2. Master/Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  3. Strong interest in Mar-tech and the sports industry, particularly cricket.
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Great understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  6. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Cherry on the cake:

- Sales experience in ad tech would be a big plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of digital marketing and the psychology of advertisers.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
