Job Description.
- Candidate should be experienced in B2B Sales
- He will be responsible for a particular State based on his prior experience & language proficiency
- Candidate will be responsible for existing business retention and new business development.
- Candidate should be willing to travel extensively across the assigned state.
- Identifying key market segments and direct required focus on the particular segment.
- Provide consistent after sales follow up and service
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Prepare daily reports and ensure each and every sales action is documented for future use/reference.
- Responsible for formulating strategies and out of the box ideas.
- Preparing a monthly sales plan for the assigned and ensuring revenue targets for the month.
- He should be proactive and go getter.
Skills Set
- Experience and working knowledge in the Food Industry is an added advantage
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- He should be fluent in either one of these languages, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi.
- Candidate must be willing to travel extensively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
