Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our core team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background in the medical device or healthcare industry, and demonstrate a passion for mental health. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through doctor/hospital visits, field sales activities, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
- Effectively present and demonstrate the medical device to potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to ensure continuous improvement of the device.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for the leadership team.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend events is a must.(75% travel/on-ground sales)
Qualifications:
- Having between 2-5 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the medical device sales process and healthcare industry.
- Having a good network of doctors or hospital management is preferred, but not necessary.
- Having excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, negotiation, and presentation skills is a must.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, hospital management etc.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passionate about mental health and the company's mission.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Adaptable and open to feedback, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
