Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary -
Were looking for an active customer-focused team player with exceptional sales skills to be the next Sales Manager at our Luxury Villas. Role holder will be in charge of developing a sales and marketing plan that includes soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets via conversion of in-bound sales leads, out-bound sales activities, channel sales and corporate networking. This energetic leader should be able to enhance revenue by researching local market trends and competition behavior to discover and close business leads.
Location -
Base Location: Gurugram, Haryana. Outstation traveling may be required, on a need basis only!

Job Responsibilities -
- Handling In-Bound Sales leads / enquiries :
- Ensuring real-time response to all leads received.
- Keeping a track for all leads received with status about for regular follow-up
- Ensuring maximum conversions.
- Generate New Business channels by adding new OTAs
- Targeting Corporate tie-ups and conduct on-site promotional activities and channel networking
- Examining local market trends and regularly monitoring competition analysis.
- Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with local travel agents and catering brokers
- Support the management in preparing the department budget as well as the overall sales goals and strategy
- Conduct one-self as a professional representative of the brand - Madvik Retreat at various industry trade shows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan.
Qualifications -
- MBA or Graduation in Hotel Management, and bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively.
- Good organization and time management skills
Compensation -
Annual CTC : 5 - 6.5 Lakhs & additional Incentives
