Job Description

Sales & Marketing

  • Responsible for business development
  • Handling sales, marketing and business development, customer techno- commercial services activities
  • Responsible for sales generation for the Adhesives, Catalyst, Thermosetting Resins(Unsaturated Polyester resin, Vinyl esters), Glass Fiber, Mold Release agent, Core materials
  • Complete understanding of all the products and services offered
  • Respond to sales queries of prospective customers
  • Follow through with customers for collections and ensure collection targets are met on a timely basis
  • Provide daily reports to leadership
  • Identify new opportunities and pursue them with new (lead generation) and existing customers
  • Analyze market trends / requirements, and recommend changes to leadership for future opportunities
  • Expand the product / service offerings to increase the market share
  • Action and own the business plans laid by the leadership to meet defined sales targets

Customer Relationship

  • Address and resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Periodical visits to customers to seek feedbacks, suggestions and future business opportunities
  • Communicate new product launch to customers through mailers / sms.
