Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at Kosher Tissue in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. They will work closely with the sales team and other departments to drive business growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
  • Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
  • Collaborate with sales leaders
  • Regular interactions over phone with a large set of large corporate clientele, MNCs included.
  • Regular interactions with dealers / distributors. Tactful negotiations and closing sales.
  • Working with excel sheets and progressive ERP systems on order and supply management and sales analytics.
  • Extensive armchair secondary research for customer prospect mining and enquiry generation. Active teamwork with the sales team in providing them with leads and back-end support. Contribute actively in evolving, planning and executing marketing plans, promotion programs and brand campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Target Achievement
  • Experience in the paper products or related industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of market trends and competition
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Good in written and spoken English and good in Telugu/Kannada / Hindi
  • Keen to learn and should have the potential to work in a highly competitive work situation.
  • Should possess the passion and aptitude to work on innovative marketing programs. Determination to build a successful career in Sales & Marketing functions.
