Position Title: Senior Executive
Reports To: Assistant Manager/DGM- Sales
Job Summary
Attend customer walk-ins at site.
Builds and maintains relations with the potential customers.
Promptly respond on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Attending customer walk-ins at site.
Handling sales calls.
Daily follow-up with potential customers.
Maintaining good relations with channel partners & generated more walk-ins through them & convert it to sales.
Responsible for understanding the local market dynamics and competitive environment.
Responsible to provide a quality service to the customers and work to reduce the complaints.
Maintain site data and reports.
Education and Experience
PGDM/MBA in Marketing
3 to 7 years of experience in real estate sales.
Leadership Competencies and Skills

Time management skills
Management and supervisory skills
