Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling financial products to corporate, institutional, and UHNW clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, a deep understanding of equities, and a strong network within the UHNW and institutional client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract and retain UHNW and small institutional clients.
- Identify and engage potential clients, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
- Present and sell a wide range of financial products, with a focus on equities, tailored to meet the specific needs of UHNW and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Provide clients with regular updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling financial products to corporate, institutional, and UHNW clients.
- In-depth knowledge of equities and the financial markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong network of contacts within the UHNW and institutional client base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
