• Addressing enquiries for solid waste management
• Preparation of techno-commercial offers for products
• Back office, site co-ordination & troubleshooting
• Providing pre and post order customer support
• Sales Order creation
• Co-ordination with various departments for order execution
• Preparing product presentation for customers
• Participation in marketing activities such as exhibitions, promotional activities, content writing
• Training juniors & Interns
