The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
Sales Strategy And Planning
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Create and implement effective sales plans, forecasting, and budgeting.
Sales Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance against targets.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven 1+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Bangalore market and its dynamics.
