Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Curoq, you will leverage your MBA education and strategic thinking to drive business growth and expand our market presence. You will work closely with high-profile clients, including architects, developers, and corporate leaders, to offer tailored solutions that integrate Curoq's unique design and artistic offerings into their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, utilizing your MBA knowledge in market analysis, competitive strategy, and financial forecasting.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in the architecture, design, and construction sectors, building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and offer customized solutions that showcase the value of Curoq's services, positioning our offerings as essential components of their projects.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with key decision-makers, ensuring favorable outcomes that align with both client expectations and company objectives.
- Market Insights: Utilize your analytical skills to monitor market trends, assess competition, and identify new business opportunities, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior leadership, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBA degree from a top-tier institution (preferably IIM) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Strategy.
- Experience: While experience is preferred, fresh graduates with strong internships or project experience in sales, business development, or related fields are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Personality: Proactive, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
