Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the packaging industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify and target potential customers within the packaging industry.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required.
