Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound leads, with work-from-office arrangements for inbound leads and work-from-home flexibility for outbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management:
  • Handle inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Proactively source and manage outbound leads to identify new business opportunities.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment industry.
