Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth through client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, targeting prospective clients to expand our client base.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute an annual sales strategy with clear objectives and goals.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads, prioritize opportunities, and ensure continuous progress toward sales targets.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to establish favorable pricing and contract terms.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Mentorship and Collaboration: Share best practices with junior team members and work closely with sales leadership to align on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within the media industry, particularly in TV media sales
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing deals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset
