Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of automation, sensors, or related industries
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Experience in the industrial automation or machine vision industry
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing concepts
• Fluency in multiple languages
