JOB ROLE: Looking for BE - Mechanical with 5-8 years of Industrial Sales Experience.
To provide technical expertise and support to Sales team for sale of Spare parts. Assist the Sales Manager in formulating and accomplishing the marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Provide sales and support as per our customer's need and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Business Development and Sales
- Customer Relation Management
- Achieve Sales Target in specified time frame
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Meeting Customers Rigid Packaging & Beverage customers PAN India
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Entire Process from Inquiry to Execution of Orders in SAP.
- Co-ordination & Follow up with Italy for orders.
- Costing & Calculations of Offers and Shipments, maintaining profitability.
- Systemized follow-up with customers for open offers and its status.
- Giving periodic update and information to Customers regarding their Order status & delivery.
- Timely review on the payment terms and revise credit period whereever required after consulting with HOD.
- Follow up on payments and highlighting on long outstanding and unresolved queries.
- Receiving / Dispatching and subsequent follow up of Material in the absence of Warehouse supervisor.
- Warehouse Analysis and Inventory management using silver spare.
- Understanding local market and developing Local vendors for spares.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Submitting periodical reports on sales performance.
- Any other task entrusted by the manager.
