Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

• Location: Pirangut, Pune

• Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in technical sales within the manufacturing industry. The role will focus on selling high-quality Slew Ring Bearings, Slew Drive, Wheel Assembly, and Industrial Fabrication solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities for Slew Ring Bearings, Slew Drive, Wheel Assembly, and Industrial Fabrication products.

• Provide technical expertise to customers, ensuring product specifications align with their needs.

Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business.

• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and industry trends.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrating the value and quality of products.

• Lead contract negotiations, including pricing and delivery schedules.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

• Report sales forecasts and provide insights to management on market trends.

• Qualifications:

Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant field (Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering disciplines preferred).

5-6 years of experience in technical sales within the manufacturing industry. Proven ability to sell complex technical products and align customer needs with product offerings.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in both technical and business discussions.

Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 235,
