- Analyze and process credit card/corporate card applications of MashreqBank's retail Lending Products within the stipulated TAT and e
- Quality Dip checking, filtering UFR (upfront rejection) before sending to the backend Credit Underwriting (CIC)/Operation team.
- Review cases rejected by CIC, OPS and ensure clearance by resubmission
- Ensure adherence to compliance and fraud requirement for applications submitted.
- Responsible as a reliable back up in the absence of team members
- Responsible in the development of the new staff into the team and also periodically assist in the training of the new staff in the team
- Co-ordinating with the Admin / MIT for Admin / MIT related activities for the unit & maintain the same

- To ensure daily productivity targets are met.
- To ensure quality service to internal / external customers by adhering to the committed turnaround time.
- To be first line of defense by exercising controls to scan quality applications and to highlight any document anomalies sighted with the Fraud prevention unit

- Graduates with 1-3 years of work experience in Credit Management environment.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge in MS office tools for report purposes
- Good PC skills.
- Ability to problem solving and work independently.
- Should be customer focused and achievement oriented.
