Overview: V-Symphysis Careers and Education Consultants Pvt Ltd is a leading consulting firm specializing in visa and study abroad services. We assist individuals in obtaining work visas, study visas, and visitor visas for various countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into clients through daily sales calls and consultations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily sales calls to potential clients provided by the company.
- Communicate with clients to understand their visa and study abroad needs.
- Provide information about visa requirements, study programs, and other relevant services offered by the company.
- Guide clients through the application process and assist with documentation.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and study abroad trends.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
- Represent the company at events, seminars, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Min. Three years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the visa and study abroad industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of visa application processes and study abroad procedures is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to adapt to changing visa regulations and market conditions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu (additional language proficiency is a plus).
