Job Requirements
- Develop a lead generation campaign or program's strategy, goals, metrics, and best practices, standards, and processes to help bring in new customers and sell more to existing ones.
- Make marketing plans for the flow of leads on an annual and quarterly basis. Tell and teach the sales team about plans and results for better target setting.
- Planning, budgeting, and estimating the needs of the lead in line with Centre and team requirements Track the flow of leads to make sure that the right sales channels follow up on marketing leads on time.
- To run successful BTL marketing campaigns: School Engagement, Seminar/Webinar and Kiosk placement in societies/Mall/Metro, OOH, Local print/Media, D2D.
- Work closely with the Centre Managers and AVPs to set up a strong engine for generating inbound leads that runs according to a well-thought-out plan.
- Plan carefully customer-focused campaigns for the whole year and aim for each quarter's sales goals. In charge of hiring, training, managing, and leading agencies, interns, and people on the ground team to make sure leads are delivered smoothly.
- Work closely with local field marketers to help put your campaign plans into action and coordinating with the Center head, marketing managers, and the sales team, among other internal and external stakeholders.
- Report weekly progress in easy-to-read, executive-style dashboards, along with plans to close the gaps between actual and targeted lead value.
- Use your knowledge and best practises to come up with a marketing plan that will put ARK in the top tier of coaching institutes.
- Develop interesting programmes to re-engage with existing customers and keep coming up with new ways to add touch points along a customer's journey to increase conversion rates along with making and giving reports on sales performance.
Senior Sales Associate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar field with proven sales and marketing executive experience.
- Know how to market in the modern world with good communication skills and networking skills at a high level.
- A love for sales and knowledge of business trends and marketing techniques. Good project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Being able to work well under stress.
Knowledge, Skill And Abilities
- A positive attitude and a lot of energy (taking pleasure in helping others and ensuring the office is always a pleasant work-space).
- Good knowledge of BTL activities and experience using modern marketing tools and methods to generate leads.
- Good knowledge of marketing automation, running multi-channel campaign flows, content marketing, account-based marketing, media monitoring, etc.
- Excellent math skills and careful attention to detail and must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing.
- Excellent time management skills and should be able to meet deadlines while working under stress.
- Must be a Self-starter who is good with computers and knows how to use software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
