PRECIOUS SALES EXECUTIVE (PSP)Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Precious Segment Sales Executive to spearhead sales initiatives within our gems and jewelry e-commerce platform. This position is integral to our growth strategy,focusing on high-value gemstones, diamonds, and fine jewelry. We are looking for a driven individualwith a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the luxury retail market.
- Sales Generation:Formulate and execute sales plans to propel growth within the luxury segment. Identify lucrative market opportunities, target affluent clientele, and foster potential collaborations to optimize revenue streams.
- Client Relationship Cultivation: Foster enduring client relationships while actively seeking avenues to expand our affluent customer base. Provide bespoke services and tailored solutions to meet the distinctive needs of discerning clients.
- Product Mastery:Attain an intricate understanding of our luxury segment offerings,encompassing top-tier gemstone attributes, diamond specifications, and artisanal jewelrycraftsmanship. Articulate product allure, value propositions, and investment potential persuasively to clients.
- Engaging Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver captivating presentations and engaging product demonstrations to underscore the opulence and prestige of our offerings. Address client inquiries, objections, and apprehensions adeptly to facilitate seamless sales conversions.
- Market Analysis and Insights:Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and rivalactivities within the luxury segment.Analyze sales data and client feedback to discern growthprospects and pinpoint areas for refinement.
- Sales Reporting and Projection:Generate comprehensive sales reports, performance metrics,and revenue projections to monitor progress vis--vis targets. Furnish management withactionable insights and recommendations based on sales analytics and market trends.
- Synergy: Foster close collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, productdevelopment, and customer service, to synchronize sales strategies with overarching businessobjectives.Offer invaluable feedback and input on product assortment, pricing strategies, andpromotional campaigns.
