- Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, assisting with tasks like order processing, invoicing, and documentation
- Customer Communication: Communicate with clients, both before and after sales, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Order Management: Oversee and manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
- Sales Data and Reporting: Gather and analyze sales data, preparing reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts
- Team Coordination: If the role involves supervisory responsibilities, coordinate and guide junior sales coordinators or support staff, delegating tasks and monitoring their performance
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure products are available to meet customer demands
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns to boost sales and revenue
