2. Event organization:
* Plan and execute profitable B2B healthcare industry events, both physical and online.
* Ensure events are targeted, engaging, and deliver value to participants.
3. Editorial collaboration:
* Provide strategic inputs to the Editor to shape the annual content plans.
* Ensure content aligns with market trends and audience interests.
4. Digital Initiatives:
* Lead the digital initiatives of Healthcare Radius, including website advertising, promotions, and social media strategy.
* Innovate and implement digital solutions to enhance audience engagement and reach.
5. Branding and Networking:
* Spearhead branding initiatives to position the magazine as the leader in the B2B healthcare space.
* Network extensively with healthcare professionals and associations to build and maintain strong industry relationships.
Requirements
* 7+ years of experience
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* Proven track record in ad sales, event management, and digital marketing.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and networking abilities.
* Willingness to travel within India and abroad.
