Position Overview: Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana is a prominent organization dedicated to fostering community engagement, cultural preservation, and social initiatives among the Jain community. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting our initiatives, expanding our reach, and driving growth through strategic sales and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Developing Marketing and Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to raise awareness and drive engagement with our programs and events.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, ensuring they meet targets and deliver high-quality work.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our visibility and reach within the community.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Budget Management: Responsible for managing the sales and marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the organization's brand reputation through consistent messaging and high-quality promotional materials.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in senior sales and marketing roles, ideally within a nonprofit or community-focused organization.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making.
- Community Engagement: Familiarity with community engagement strategies and an understanding of the Jain community (preferred but not required).
- Language skills: Fluent in English, Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi an advantage.
Remuneration: Based on candidate's current CTC and experience.
Type of employment: Permanent (Work from office).
