NOVARGI PUNE branch, is mainly focused on Detail Engineering activities for the whole group and Project management activities.

Job Overview:
As a Senior Rotary and Package Equipment Engineer you will be responsible for all Mechanical-Rotary and Package Equipment activities from early stages of new projects such as feasibility study and assessment, bid participation, preparing the proposals, technical evaluation reports, Site visit and Meeting attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Technical parts of Tender documents related to Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services.
- Producing the engineering and technical documents and preparing procedures, drawings, specifications, calculation and other relevant documents.
- Performing technical inspections, project basic and FEED design to ensure compliance with company plans and procedures, performing engineering studies, issuing documents under the supervision of lead engineer.
- Identification and evaluation of rotary and Package Equipment manufacturers and services.
- Comparison of project documents to international standards and fixing any case of non-conformance.
- Participating in coordination meetings with other disciplines.
- Prepare the change orders, alterations and omissions with the approval of engineering lead.
- Issue documents according to international standards and professional practices.
- Review and Report of the contractor bid offers.
- Participating in coordination meetings with other disciplines.
- Presenting periodic reports to lead engineer.
- Preparing the Mechanical Design Criteria.
- Prepare of Material Requisition for rotary and package equipment.
- Prepare of Technical Specification for rotary and package equipment.
- Prepare of Mechanical Data Sheet for rotary and package equipment.
- Prepare of Technical Bid Evaluation documents for rotary and package equipment.
- Review of Vendor prints.
- Providing technical support to company projects.
Requirements:
Education
- Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 7 to 10 of previous experience in oil and gas Projects.
Technical skills
- Good understanding of engineering practices, specifications and industry's practices, standards and regulations related to different types of pumps, compressors, fans, gas turbine, steam turbine, process packages, etc.
- Proven understanding and application of skills in critical areas of Contract with respect to all aspects of the design.
- Clearly exhibited ability to develop good working relationships and become a team player in the engineering team of the Project.
- Oral and written English language skills required to function effectively within a project team, and to communicate with sub-Contractors Engineering Team.
