The Senior Resident - General Surgery is a medical position responsible for providing advanced surgical care to patients Responsibilities of a Senior Resident - General Surgery include:1 Providing surgical care: This involves performing advanced surgical procedures, managing patient care before, during, and after surgery, and providing post-operative follow-up care 2 Maintaining medical records: This involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations The Senior Resident - General Surgery must have excellent surgical skills, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
