Senior Researcher

What we are looking for:

Position: Deputy or Senior Researcher

Experience: 3-6 years in research

Location: Cyber City, Gurgaon

Education from good colleges and universities: MBA (2+ years) or Graduate from good institutions (Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience)

Required Skills:

Should have strong knowledge of research methodologies including Hands-on experience in using research databases like Factiva, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc

Should have hands on experience using primary research tools (online, telephonic etc)

Strong written/verbal communications skills with experience in Client handling

Knowledge of Macro-economic indicators and industry overviews with experience working across industries such as ESG, DX, Infrastructure, Start-up etc

Possess fair knowledge of financials such as (revenue, operation profit, operating margin etc)

Fair understanding of frameworks and concepts like PESTLE, SWOT, MECE, Pyramid Principle etc Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience of leading a team of 2-3 members is an add on
