Title/Designation : Sr. Engineer - Electric Vehicle Development

Reports to : NPD Head / VP / MD

Experience : Overall Experience 5- 7 Years in which 2 Years in EV Development / R&D (Preferable for 3 wheeler)

Based at : Pithampur

Industry : Automobile - Electric Vehicle

Qualification : BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics)

Preference : Preference given to MBA (Production or Equivalent)

Job Role / Purpose : EV New product development (R&D)

Key Technical Skills: Electric Vehicles Production, Team Handling, IATF, Process Planning.

Other Skills : Good Communication Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Employees Relations Exposure

Responsibilities :

Command over Electric vehicles R&D / Development

Knowledge of ICAT / ARAI standards to develop Three Wheeler's for different categories.

Manufacturing process knowledge of Electric Vehicle Line production, Line Setup, Manufacturing Process etc.

Knowledge of SOP, Standard, Procedure, Work Instruction, & Process Sequence Work with in respect of the company's vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, Planning and metrics Knowledge of ISO, IATF 16949 Documentation.

Team member of Manufacturing, Processes and System.

Good communication skills and Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders e.g. Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Plant and Supply chain etc.

Monthly / Weekly / Daily Schedule reviews with team
