Role Description

This is a full-time on-site/WFO role for a Senior Reliability Engineer at Panasa Tech in Kochi, Kerala. The Senior Reliability Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as reliability engineering, troubleshooting, and reliability centered maintenance on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Reliability Engineering and Analytical Skills
• Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Fintech experience is a plus
• Advanced Monitoring and Logging tools experience preferred i.e. Datadog, New Relic, PRTG, Graphana, Prometheus
• Strong expertise in SQL i.e. PostgreSQL and Linux/Unix
• Proactively identify service impacting areas from monitoring tools and flag it to concerned team.
• Individual Contributor who can take swift decisions according to situations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or relevant field
